I’ve started the month promising myself that I would eat breakfasts that are healthier and that don’t require too much time to prepare as this banana with berries, granola, and yogurt. I added extra coconut on the top since I love it.  ⁣
As you can imagine this one here, is particularly easy. All you’ll need is homemade granola you have several recipes on my blog as the classic one or one of my favourites made with Turkish figs, goji berries, and pecans

INGREDIENTS

One banana

Homemade granola

One yogurt, eco

Berries, I added raspberries and blueberries

 Shredded coconut, to taste

 

METHOD

Prepare the granola in advance. I usually prepare double so I can keep it in jars. Cut a banana longitudinally, add natural yogurt, raspberries, blueberries, or your favourite berries, and shredded coconut on top.
