French toasts with fruits: this is a great option when you feel like having something different for breakfast without having to spend too much time in the kitchen. I’m of course talking about French toast, on this occasion accompanied by fruits: figs and strawberries.
I like preparing French toast with Biocop’s ecological multicereal sandwich bread, which is prepared with sourdough and it’s delicious. I think it’s perfect for this recipe, which by the way does contain any sugar. This is one of the healthiest breakfasts or snacks that you can imagine.
INGREDIENTS for 4 French toasts
Four slices of Biocop multi cereal sandwich bread
1 medium-sized egg
¼ cup oat milk
1 tsp cinnamon powder
Fruit: figs, strawberry, or any other fruit you like
A bit of butter for the pan
Put a little butter in the frying pan over high heat. Beat the egg in a bowl or soup plate and then pour the oat milk and the cinnamon powder. Mix thouroughly.
Now take one slice of Biocop multi cereal bread and soak in the mix. Place it in the frying pan and brown on both sides. Do this with the four slices. Serve on a plate, add the fruit and enjoy this incredibly delicious moment with French toasts with fruits.
