I’ve just ticked oof all my mails right now to sit now in front of the laptop with a cup of tea to update this blog with a new idea to prepare at home: scrambled eggs sandwich with mustard, in collaboration with Biocop, and the wholemeal spelled bread.

With this new and super easy recipe I give you this idea to have breakfast at home or for a picnic in a sunny day. Anyway, it’s a healthy and delicious idea. I hope you like it!


INGREDIENTS for two sandwiches

4 slices of bread

4 eggs


Lamb’s lettuce

2 tbsp mustard



A bit of butter or olive oil for the pan



In a mixing bowl add the eggs, salt and pepper to taste and whisk.

Now, in a pan at low heat add a bit of butter (you can use olive oil instead if you prefer), pour the mix of the eggs and with the help of a spatula or wooden spoon start removing. Don’t stop until the eggs have the texture you prefer.

Then, once ready, transfer to a bowl and add diced chive.

Last, put some in a slice of bread with lamb’s lettuce, mustard and extra chive.

Enjoy your sandwich this way or with a cup of coffee. Another delicious and healthy way to start your day!
